Another great book by Linda Howard. Yes the underlying formula is the same but she varies the setup. This time the pace is slow and leisurely because the hero has to recover from a near fatal wound. This is a totally character driven love…

Good story, different type of thriller, interesting characters and situations, plus a golden retreiver! Also, the first rating said the book was 600 pages - way wrong!!!!!!

In a book that had over 600 pages I probably read about 200. The story about the dog was charming at first but then just out and out boring. How many times can you read about talking a dog for a walk or a car ride. I love dogs but this…

At page 232. An odd but interesting setting. Odd pairing of boy meets girl. Odd but whimsical townsfolk. Odd dog. Just about odd everything, though emotional suspenseful. Then the hormones click in. All bets are off! All control out the…

An easy, good read with some mystery and romance. Loved the two main character Bo and Morgan. Tricks, the golden retriever played one of the main characters as well. I love having dogs intertwined in a story but at times it was a little…

Not my most favorite Linda Howard book, but definitely a good romantic suspense. I was interested to see her upcoming book, The Woman Left Behind, will feature one (or more?) of the Troublemaker character.

I really liked the main male character, Morgan. However, the very slow pace and all the détails about walking the dog, feeding the dog and dog faces were a big downer.

Not one of Linda Howard's better books. I was so disappointed with this one. The storyline with the "genius" dog was incredibly strange and annoying.

I have waited a long time for the next Linda Howard book and I am not disappointed at all with Troublemaker. I love all of Linda Howard's books and I love this one as well. I love the story and all of the characters, especially Tricks. I…

Linda Howard doesn't disappoint. One can expect a good storyline, interesting characters (well developed), and well constructed prose (with no annoying grammatical errors).

Not one of my favorite Linda Howard books. I read it to the end but thought it was slow going through most of the story.

When a Navy seal is attacked at home and is seriously injured, his commander sends him to a small town to recuperate while they search for the reason for the attack. The characters are okay but the most compelling one is the heroine's…

I still can't believe L. H wrote this story. 384 pages of crap. It seem some of my favorite authors are losing there penmanship. I think they should all stop writing.
