loved this book, especially when the orphans meet (finally!) some helpful, nice people. I recommend reading the rest of the series, and other books by lemony snicker as well.

I really liked this book because it made me want to read more. My favourite part of this book was when they suddenly found out count olafs plan. I enjoyed this part because it was very detailed. Overall, I have no negative feedback about this book.

Enjoyable series. I suggest you to read the whole series, i'm on book 9 and I am wondering how this one is going to turn out like. Can anyone tell me how it is?

This is one of my favorites so far because the Baudelaire orphans make friends! They are not alone in trying to escape Count Olaf. When oh when will Violet, Klaus and Sunny meet at least one adult with half the moly of the Quagmire Triplets?! Their dear departed parents must be absolutely spinning in their graves due to the deplorable treatment that Mr. Poe allows to happen under his watch.

A very good book; though the events of the series become a bit monotonous, I like the difference in plans that both Count Olaf and the Beaudelaire orphans create.

the same style as the others in the series and great humor and predictable plot at this point. it is irritating that through all these books no adult has any intelligence
