It’s a good book discussing how to express anger. It doesn’t play to the idea that once you can express yourself you’ll be able to conquer gender inequality but it recognizes that a womens feelings are incredibly manipulated and how women can try and challenge those situations. “It’s important to remember that anger always expresses itself, no matter how hard we try to hide it or neutralize it.”
