Some books are so impressive that after borrowing them from the library, you want to purchase a copy of your own. This is such a book. I was so impressed I also have purchased Kenneth Cohen (Bear Hawk)'s other book, the one on Qi Gong.

This book is filled with material that I know I will be reading and reflecting on many times in the future.
