I enjoyed this book because I needed some advice about how to negotiate as I've never had much confidence with that. I don't know yet if it's made me a more proficient negotiator, but it was an interesting read and I've found that it's made me a better conversationalist. I began getting annoyed toward the end of the book at the overuse of commas, but through most of the book it wasn't a problem. Worth checking out sometime.
