"He's all of Quebec standing up, powerful and alive" Felix Leclerc. Not only the biography of Maurice Richard but what he meant to the French Canadian culture. The film encapsulates the segregation of the French Canadians in hockey and in Canada. Maurice was their voice bridging sports, culture and politics. Well made, wonderful acting and great special feature bonus. Some current French Canadian NHL hockey players are also in the movie acting as Richard's team mates.
