Add a CommentSeagal produced and stared in this action thriller with a decent conspiracy story. While Seagal delivered the lines and breaking enemy limbs, Steve Austin was the real bad-arse stud. An okay watch when Seagal was only 60 but appeared to be aging fast despite of hiding his weird looking widow's peak with a do-rag..
