Explained the timeline building a skyscraper, how it work, technological limits based on type & materials & how many support people needed to maintain it.
Interesting stuff on elevator, air conditioning, alternate energy system within building to be less drain on power supply to how much spread out land needed to equal 1.3 square foot mixed use skyscraper.
Wright's 1 mile high building could be built, but it would make no economic or commercial sense.
