I thought this book was incredible. I followed the food plan for the full 4 weeks. I thought the food plan was very flexible. You weren't restricted to no carbs or specific foods for the most part. Almost every meal had multiple options, the snacks were based on calories so you could have chocolate, protein shakes or whatever as long as the calories matched. It works if you are trying to thin out, lose baby weight or holiday weight or get trim for summer. Best for weight loss of 5-15 pounds. I did not follow the workout plan as I already had my plan but you may be able to lose even more. Also promoted hydration. I definitely recommend.

This book comes across like it contains some major recipe to super shredding. I was disappointed because I thought i would get something new Looking closer I saw it is a very low calorie diet with high push for excersie (simlar to Bob Harpers Jumpstart to skinny)
The author is still giving a thorough diet plan though, and I applaud him. It was nothing different from what the age-old forumla is : eat less calories and burn more
