2018. Now with trump's deregulation of environmentalpolluters, we are back to the bad old days of these murderers poisoning the USA to their heart's content. The air,the sea,the ground -- the dumping ground

It was so good that I almost couldn't continue watching it because it made me so mad at how big business gets away with so much wrong doing. The performances are marvelous.

I liked this movie. Good cast! Good story. I didn't find it all that gripping, but for a real lawyer it would be!! Choosing ethics over money was kind of a fantasy but it was stretched almost to believability.

Not a bad story... i know it's based on a real one, but i'm never clear how much "reality" these types of films are. I'm cynical so i find it hard to believe a man in Jan's position would go that far... still, it would be a gentler world if more people did.

This film makes you wonder,,,
Is this how the system supposed to work?
WHY would "justice" has to be a gamble among those who decide the fate of others, in the cozy offices of the powers of the day, far removed from public view?
Too bad, too many people have to lose, before anyone can stop the injustice in derailing the public.

This movie is based on a true story where Travolta plays a lawyer who defends a class action suit against corporate America.

Reminded me of Erin Brockavich
