Add a CommentI would recommend setting English sub-titles to ON. This gives better dialogue which is different that what you hear as the translation from Mandarin to English. Very funny. Good all-round action film.
Only surprise is how predictable the war fable was, the non-stop cringe-worthy ethnic slapstick, over the top portrayal of Japanese as dunces and lastly a cameo of Andy Lau. Well, at least we now know the definition of "Hick = 土包子 or 鄉巴佬." If only the director would cut out most of the embarrassing slapstick skits and it would be a much better watch for its CGI and underlying theme of a gang of heroic hicks.

Great action movie. The Japanese have invaded China and it is up to Jackie Chan's gang of resistance fighters, the 'flying tigers', to stop the Japanese by blowing up the railway bridge. The usual Chan's slap stick humour and vibrant characters all charging into war. The movie is available on Hoopla, and is fully subtitled.
