Excellent! I loved this story. Sacre Bleu differs from Moore’s other works in that it seems more involved, more researched and the plot is more finely woven. Moore’s humor and wit remain with bitingly sarcastic characters, outlandish events and a story interspersed with real historical figures and events. I don’t think anyone could have done a better job. I kept wondering how Moore was going to end the story, while I had suspicions it was not too obvious until the very end which I appreciate in a book, keep the reader guessing, a twist. I would recommend this to anyone who loves tales of the absurd and doesn’t mind some vulgarity.
