It's okay. It's great for people who have gone to therapy and sometimes crack and break down; it's to remind them that everyone's human. It's a book of quotes; 1 a day and a paragraph explaining what the quote means; hence "Staying Strong 365 DAYS A YEAR". So this is a good book, but not the best for people who are going through stuff right now. Demi lets you know that there are always people who have it worse than you and to be thankful to God for everything you have. You may be going through something horrible, but be happy you're not homeless, or a poor child in Africa who has nothing to eat. She offers 'insights' (Which is what is says in the Description) and spiritual, a lot of her stories connect with God, but in the way she refers to him, she says "Her Higher Power", so it can be for Atheists too. If you LOVE Demi, this is great for people going through hardships, or people who are in rehab, or people who have recovered but feel the need to relapse. I LOVED it! 5 Stars. I LOVE you Demi, Stay Strong.
