Probably the best introductory book for someone new to ketogenic eating style. A well constructed book detailing keto at a practical level and without the cultish levels of adherence that bar many from transitioning to this type of eating style. The diagrams alone make this book worth a read, they are detailed and informative. This book also embraces that women are something other than smaller men, and that their approach to eating and needs might vary--a glaring issue so transparent that I can it see even as a male. This also pushes beyond the dyed in the wool approach of "as long as I'm under my 20g carb limit I'm healthy" toward sustainable healthy diet whether you remain truly ketogenic or not.
